We are responsible for the processing of your personal data in connection with this website ("sonicbridge.ch") and our services.

2. What data we collect and why

2.1 Contact form

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Business type (optional)
• Current website URL (optional)
• Services of interest (optional)
• Budget range (optional)
• Message content
• IP address and submission timestamp (for spam protection and security)

Legal basis: Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / nDSG) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Purpose: To respond to your enquiry and provide the requested services.
Retention: We retain enquiry data for up to 3 years for business records, then delete it securely.

2.2 Server logs

Our hosting provider (Infomaniak) automatically records standard access logs, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time. These logs are used for security monitoring and are retained for up to 30 days.

2.4 Google Fonts

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA). When you visit the site, your browser may send your IP address to Google's servers. We have configured font loading to minimise this. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy.

2.5 Analytics

We do not currently use third-party analytics tracking on this website.

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share data with:

• Infomaniak Network SA — our hosting provider (Switzerland). Data processing agreement in place.
• Google LLC — if you interact with Google Fonts or Google-hosted resources. Data may be transferred to the USA under Google's standard contractual clauses.
• Legal authorities — if required by Swiss law or court order.

4. International data transfers

Our primary hosting is in Switzerland. Where data is processed outside Switzerland (e.g. by Google), we rely on adequate protection mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions. Switzerland is recognised as providing an adequate level of data protection by the EU Commission.

5. Your rights

Swiss users are additionally protected under the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG/nFADP), in force since 1 September 2023.

Under the revDSG/nFADP and (where applicable) the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations)
• Restriction — request that we restrict processing of your data
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time

6. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Access to form submissions is restricted to authorised personnel only.

7. Children's data

This website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us for immediate deletion.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
