These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by Sonic Bridge, the trading name of Bridge Plus Infotech Solutions ("we", "us"), to clients ("you", "the Client") unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By engaging Sonic Bridge for any service — including but not limited to website design, SEO, AEO, Google Ads management, social media marketing, and ongoing support — you agree to these Terms.
The specific services to be provided, the scope, timeline, and pricing will be defined in a separate written proposal, quote, or service agreement ("Project Agreement") agreed between Sonic Bridge and the Client.
Sonic Bridge reserves the right to use subcontractors or freelancers for specific tasks while retaining overall responsibility for delivery quality.
Successful project delivery depends on timely collaboration. The Client agrees to:
Delays caused by the Client may affect delivery dates and may result in additional charges at our standard hourly rate.
The number of included revision rounds will be specified in the Project Agreement. Changes that fall outside the agreed scope — including new features, additional pages, or significant design changes — will be treated as change requests and quoted separately.
Payment terms are specified in the Project Agreement. Standard terms are:
All invoices are payable within 30 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at 5% per annum under Swiss law (Art. 104 OR). Sonic Bridge reserves the right to suspend services for accounts overdue by more than 30 days.
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and exclude VAT where applicable.
All materials provided by the Client (logos, text, images, brand assets) remain the intellectual property of the Client. The Client warrants that it has the legal right to use all provided materials.
Upon receipt of full payment, Sonic Bridge assigns to the Client all rights to the final deliverables (website code, design files, copy) produced specifically for the Client's project, except as noted in 6.3.

Where third-party fonts, icons, stock images, plugins, or licensed software are incorporated into a project, the relevant licences remain with their respective owners. The Client is responsible for maintaining any required licences beyond the scope of our agreement.
For Google Ads, social media advertising, or other paid media services:
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 3 years.
Sonic Bridge warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that specific business outcomes (rankings, leads, revenue) will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, Sonic Bridge's total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service in question during the 3 months preceding the claim.
Neither party shall be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 30 days' written notice. Project-based agreements may be terminated by the Client at any time; fees for work completed to that point are due in full. Termination by the Client after design approval but before launch does not entitle the Client to a refund of the design and development fee.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law as applicable to services rendered to Swiss clients. For Swiss-based clients, the place of jurisdiction shall be agreed in the relevant Project Agreement. Bridge Plus Infotech Solutions is registered in Chandigarh, India.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably within 30 days before initiating legal proceedings.
Sonic Bridge may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance. Existing Project Agreements in progress are not affected by updates to these Terms unless agreed in writing.
